The HCPN adopts a Gender Equality Plan

To further strengthen the promotion of gender equality and efforts to create an inclusive and equitable work culture, the Office of the High Commissioner for National Protection (HCPN) has adopted its first Gender Equality Plan (GEP).

The GEP provides an overview of the HCPN's actions and development in the field of gender equality and equity, while meeting the requirements set by the European Commission. The GEP also defines the objectives to be achieved and the priorities of the HCPN in terms of gender equality.

The HCPN believes that gender equality and diversity are essential to achieve high quality work and to attract and retain talented staff.
